Saving electric
Is this a con rebate promise
Don't use electric between 5 pm and 6pm
Does this mean you have to turn everything off,
Like
Fridge ,landline phone, charge you phone clock on cooker and anything plugged in they all register on your meter

It appears to be an experimental scheme, but only if your supplier is taking part and you have signed up. Too late to sign up now.

Back in Quality Save in Ashton, 8 pack of 806 lux 8.5 W usage for only £6, we can all try to cut down on lighting by turning lights off ( we never do ) as you don't need to with these bulbs .
As we all know the things we all can cut down on to save electric the leccy bill big time
same with your heating if you use it the right way not often it's under 21Deg in the living rooms other than before 6.00am if up, it's 20/21 on going to bed at midnight

According to my supplier, the scheme is only asking that you do not use appliances like Washing Machines, Tumbler Dryers, Irons etc during the peak early evening upsurge period of electricity usage by people using cookers and microwaves to make a evening meal.
Common sense, when threats of power cuts have been reported in the media!
